Assisting clients in gaining insight on their current experience by using proven questioning techniques which uncover their blocking assumptions and diluted perceptions about work, themselves and/or others which create barriers and limiting beliefs that block us from experiencing our highest potential.
2. Assisting the client in setting relevant and realistic action goals for themselves, based on their own nature and needs, to better move them toward their desired end result.
3. Creates reliable accountability, in multiple forms, to best ensure the clients follow through and, thereby, success. This helps us “keep our eye on the prize” instead of getting lost in the chaos and demands of everyday life drama.
4. Offers a nonjudgmental, safe space where the client may continue to reflect on their experiences and receive clear, unbiased feedback from their coach along the way.
5. Continually offers a beacon of light, motivation & and an unbiased perspective that creates a “light house” effect that can direct one from even the darkest of storms because their highest self will recognize its value and inspire them to continue to push forward.
